Second tone "Liquid Funk" is resource and research, innovation and history. Hip-hop and electronic music meet, united in these two alchemist hands, shaped by their machines, instilling their tones and vision, as a new, hybrid sound, an essential one. These two experimenters, utopian lovers of their art, gave themselves as an end, this grail that is theirs, the one of reinventing and making this music universal, as a soul, which is their beating heart, their ideal. Second Tone are devoting themselves to asceticism and rigor for this promising and necessary research. Here, Liquid Funk, their first EP, is foreshadowing the beginning of a long story, the dawn of a new era, letting us guess a new sky, a new horizon to be reached.
